Shipping Information:

Orders are normally shipped via USPS and UPS Ground Service. Orders cannot be sent C.O.D.

  • Overnight, 2nd and 3rd day express delivery are available. Additional charges apply.

Return Policy for Individual Orders:

  • Shipping errors must be reported within 7 days of receipt of merchandise.
  • Damaged merchandise should be reported immediately to the carrier, then to Sign Media. An immediate "no hassle" product replacement will be expedited for your convenience.

Return Policy for Commercial Orders:

  • Defective products will be replaced at no charge. Please call ahead for return information.
  • Opening the shrink wrap constitutes acceptance of the product and returns will not be accepted unless defective.
  • Books must be returned in resaleable condition within 12 months of the invoice date.
  • The original invoice number must be included with the return.
  • A 10% restocking fee will be deducted from the return credit. Original shipping charge is not refundable.
  • If quantity returned changes the quantity discount level, credit will be adjusted to reflect new discount level.
  • Additional 10% fee will be applied if materials are returned with price labels/stickers.
  • All returns are for merchandise credit only. Credits can be applied to future purchases
